Responsibilities:

• Organize employee database in such an efficient and effective way to ensure its validity and reliability.
• Generate Human Resource data and reports to support HR Management team in making fast, accurate and reliable decisions

Requirements:

• University degree in any major, preferably Statistics & Management Information System.
• Having 3-4 years experience in Information System, Payroll Management, Database or Statistical Field
• Proficient in using MS Office, advance in Ms Excel and SQL Server Database, and HRIS
• Having good knowledge in human resources
• Team player, good analytical and problem solving skill
• High integrity & mature
• Good numerical reasoning & time management skill
• Good command in English both verbal & written

Requirements:
