Regional Training Manager
Location: Bali
Responsibilities:
- Designs & conducts training programs in branches and agencies to develop sales and management competencies
Requirements:
- 28 – 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from any discipline
- At least 3 years experience in life insurance industry as trainer
- Very good presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good communication skills
- Preferably domicile from the area of placement
