Responsibilities:

Manage HR functions and activities such as: recruitment, placement, employee relation, staffing, performance management, review and update description, HR System and procedure.
Ensure the company’s compensation & benefit policy and practice is affordable, yet, competitive in the market and in support of the performance achievement of our employees
Willing to travel out of Surabaya to conduct interview and recruitment
Assemble team for branch expansion

Requirements:

Young applicants are preferred because we are a technology company, usia max 30tahun.
Female candidate is preferred.
Candidate must possesses Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology/Law/HR Management from a reputable university, with GPA min 3.00
Min. 3 years experience in the same position, with good leadership
Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Labour Laws and Regulation, industrial relation, personal matters, compensation and benefit, training development and performance management
Good command of English, both oral and written
Able to understand Mandarin
Computer Literate
Familiar With Human Resource Information System
Good Working Attitude & Positive Thinking
Able to take responsibility& dynamic to cost efficiency
