Relationship Manager – HSBC Premier (Code: RM HP – 11)

Responsible for establishing and developing long-term valuable relationships with HSBC Premier customers and maximize commercial opportunities for other customer segments in order to contribute to the growing consumer banking business.

Requirements:

Hold a minimum of Bachelor degree
Has minimum of 3 years working experience in retail banking sales or relationship management
Experience of working with high net worth individuals with proven ability to achieve sales targets
Hold investment and insurance accreditation, such as Waperd and AAJI
Strong knowledge on Wealth Management, financial markets and investment products
Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office). Conversant in Mandarin is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sales driven with service culture
Has commercial acumen, marketing orientation, pleasant personality, demonstrate high degree of credibility and integrity
Able to work with team

Advance Executive (Code: ADV EXE – 11)

Responsible to establish and grow the consumer banking business by exploring and exploiting the sales opportunities for mid-market customers. Responsible for asset growth (ie CASA) and the generation of income through the sale of Wealth Management and consumer products assets. Need to maintain sales and high quality of service, ensuring all sales activities undertaken meet the business requirements and standards of Quality Assurance.

Requirements:

Hold a minimum of Bachelor degree
Has minimum of 1 year working experience in sales and/or service background in the area of Financial Institution or Banking Industry
Strong network and customer base in the respective market segment
Familiar with retail banking products, financial markets and investment products
Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office)
Strong passion in selling activities
Excellent interpersonal skills with service culture
Able to work with a team

Premier Banking Specialist (Code: PBO – 11)

Responsible for acquiring new customers in the segment of HSBC Premier and sale of wealth management products. Specializing in Premier Bank, a development of intensive training will be available to support performance. During the initiation of service, a specialist in Banking HSBC Premier account and will be paired with a mentor in the development of the network and the relationship with potential customers and their colleagues at the Bank.
