- From reputable university/polytechnic, majoring in: Chemical Engineering (S-1), Logistic (D-3), Analyst (D-3), Electrical Engineering - Sub Major High Current (D-3)
- All candidates from majoring higher than should have minimum GPA two,75 (scale 0-4)
- Mature, freelance, creative, and high integrity
- Good command of English as indicated in the selection test
