1. AUDIT MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT - AUDIT)

Audit – Management Trainee is a development program in auditing field

which certified by audit competencies, that in line with the objective of Internal Audit Astra Group. (operational audit, financial audit and IT audit).

You will be develop become a credible Auditor which certified by audit competencies through variety programs in class and on the job training within 12 months of the program (basic ASTRA values and business process, basic finance, accounting and tax, basic auditing, general IT auditor, and various soft skill training). You will be prepared and trained to be our future leader in Internal Audit division in variety companies of Astra Group.

Requirements :

Bachelor degree from Economics (Accounting / Management),Industrial Engineering, Computer Science/IT with min GPA 3,00.
Fresh graduated or experienced a max two years work
Proficient in English both written and speaking
Highly self motivated, self confidence, good communication, and willingness to learn
Willing to travel around Indonesia (with high frequency)
Able to work with various level of management
Actively involve in organizational activities

2. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT - HR)

As a Human Resources Officer you will be responsible in the area of People

Evaluation, Recruitment, People Development and HR system to optimize the

Organizations Effectiveness. You will also have the opportunity to involve in

Labour Management. To become a great HR Officer, you must have an

excellent interpersonal skill and passion in Human Resource, not only to

interact with people in the organization, but also to develop them.

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree form Any Major
Fresh graduate or max. 1 year of experience
Passionate in Human Resources / People Development.
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skill.
Proactive and eager to learn.
Actively involve in campus organization activities.

3. ACCOUNTING STAFF (ACC)

You will be responsible for all accounting functions in the company, such as

handling financial corporate consolidation report, cash flow management,

taxation, or accounting systems and procedures. Mastering accounting

principles is a must.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from Accounting major
Mastering accounting principles is a must.
Fresh graduated or experienced a max two years work
Good interpersonal and communication skill

4. HR ANALYST (HR)

You will be responsible to manage all HR activities such as managing

Organizations Development, employees fulfillment, People Development, Performance & Reward Management, Termination Management, and Industrial Relation Management
