SOHO Group, one of several notable pharmaceutical companies within Indonesia was established in 1946 by a business owner, the late Mr. Tan Tjhoen Lim. He was formerly coming from Bangka, a small island within Indonesia, near to Sumatra island.
This particular company was founded along with a small manufacturing unit; i.e. PT Ethica Industri Farmasi on Nov 30th, 1946. It was accompanied by the 2nd company, i.e. PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi during 1951. The two SOHO & ETHICA are pharmaceutical companies.
